The aim of New Project Spring is to help creative but underserved Nigeria Youths especially youths in Vocational Creative Industry.

Many empowerment programmes are tailored to train youths on a skill or more but fail to look into:

1. Are the youth really interested in what they have been trained to do?
2. Most of these ones are not mentored by those who are the pioneer in such skill meanwhile they will just be sent into the market knowing little or nothing about the market they are entering into.
3. Most of these so call empowered youth were been given cash or nothing as a reward for participation and most of them will divert the cash into other thing since they have little or no interest in the skill.

New Project Spring is set to Identify Creative but underserved youth, thereby identifying youths who are really interested in a particular trade and help them to standardise and professionalise their skill through mentorship and more training by the real captains of their particular industry and professional in the business. This mentorship will last for at least a period of three to six month after the most creative have been identified.

All identified participant will then be set up in what they know how to do best, if they have a place of business already it will be modified to good standard and provide the necessary equipment they need to practice the business, meanwhile, the business will still be under monitoring for three years before they will be left to be on their own.

New Project Spring is set to identify and really empower creative but underserved youths in Nigeria.

These ideas are inspired by what the founder of the project went through in life before just an individual come to his aid. So we know what it means to be creative but have nothing to prove your idea to the world.
